What orders or directives mention BAH for legal separation from the spouse?

Your first answer is pretty much right on the money, but I would like to add to it as I went through this years ago. Things may have changed and then your first answer is the right one. Back then, it was either all of the BAH, or $200.00 per month per dependent, or all of BAH, which ever is more, and yes, the spouse is still a dependent until the divorce is final. Call a JAG office and ask for details. They will be able to give you all the info you need.
