What happened to real sniping?

In MW2 and cod4 and all the rest of the cods there are retards running around trying to get quick scopes/no scopes. Not "Hard scoping" Which is what your supposed to do with snipers. Cool you can zoom in fast kill someone then zoom out fast that's so awesome. I mean if you like doing that be my guest to use the Fal, G3, M14. I mean what happened to leading your shots and judging shots? And not only no one hard scopes its stupid when people yell at someone for "Hard scoping" I mean I always use a sniper I do quick scope when my secondary is out of ammo. Or there is no time for me to switch to it but not always.
