You may want to get Windows XP instead of Vista if you can, because it is very buggy. Also, laptops don't run well with more than 2GB of RAM (DDR2 System Memory). In addition, a 12.1" screen is very small. Most laptops are 15.4" or more. It will be hard to see the screen with such a small screen, and definitely not good to use Photoshop with due to the size.
