I need some ideas please?

ihiya..i work in a care home and would like to know if anyone has any ideas for any fundraising events we could do for children in need.that will not only involve all staff but the residents to..it dus need to be sumthn easy tho as i work in a care home for dementia.I have thort about staff wearing there pyjamas to work and then doing loads of games with the residents...(altho struggling for ideas for games) all help much appreciated.thanks x
