What do you think of these names? Middle name suggestions too!?

I adore the name Caleb myself. The combinations for Caleb that I have come up with are Caleb Ryan, Caleb Austin, Caleb Tristian. If you like the middle name Marie, what about McKayla Marie? and instead of Sapphire, what about Sapphira (it is a Biblical name). Sapphira Kate? :) Hope that helps
