What about ethnic groups in Iraq?

I don't see any success in Iraq until we leave. You have Kurds, Sunnis, and Shites over there that hate each other. They are never going to agree to be one country. Matter of fact the Kurds have already cut out their piece of the country for themselves. So what does the US do...
