Upper Left central incisor Numb feeling at root?

My left central incisor (upper, front teeth (most visible ones) on left, the root of the tooth area, feels numb, and some of the gum in I press down on my lip, right underneath my left nostril I can feel pain and (pressure?).... However overall this isnt causing me much pain at all, its just kinda aggrivating, feels like dwindling effects of Novocaine
