Is lincoln tech college of techonology a scam?

i just started at the lincoln technical college for about a month. im beginning to find out that their teachers DONT do any teaching whatsoever. its almost like you should know something about auto care before you even enroll there. i didnt know anything and expected them to teach me. was i wrong. im very irritated about paying a gazillion dollars for them to teach me, and they dont. im planning on transferring to another school, a school like Ivy Tech College or a traditional 4 year university. i just wanted to know if Lincoln Tech is a scam - thank you. if you have any input about this - please feel free to tell me, i could use any information i can get.
